Fourth moon of Yavin

YAVIN 4

The fourth moon of the planet Yavin first entered Sith history when Naga Sadow fled here after narrowly escaping from the Republic fleet.



Sadow had his Sith followers build great temples, including one to encase his starship.
	In other temples, Sadow constructed massive machines to focus the Dark Side of theForce and use it for Sith magic.

One thousand years after Sadow, drawn by the Dark Side, Exar Kun travels to Yavin 4 and subsequently conquers the Massassi.

Kun had new temples built in the old style, to focus Dark Side energy.

But Exar Kun's reign as Dark Lord of the Sith was brought to an end by an enormous fleet of Jedi and Republic warships that devestated the surface of Yavin 4.
